RED Desert Fun

Long time collaborators Marty Smith, and director Matt Weston have returned from a successful trip to the USA having shot two music clips for the Birds of Tokyo in the desert outside of Lancaster, California.

The clips were the duo's first RED camera experience, and with assistance from Hollywood rental house, Indie Rentals, the shoot went without any major issues.

The two clips were shot over two days at "Club Ed", a location originally built for the 1990 Dennis Hopper film, Eye of the Storm.  The clips were part performance based, and part narrative - with the narrative characters played by local actors Fernanda Romera and Robert Fisher.  The clip combines dynamic performances by the band and a story that is pure thriller.
