Every Ad Has A Silver Lining
Marty Smith has once again picked up a Silver Award for cinematography at this years Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS) state awards.
The award was presented for his remarkable work on the RSPCA spot produced through Gorgeous Films.
The CSA, directed by Rowan Webb, and produced by Chris Currie, was designed to draw attention to the RSPCA's Bereavement program. Marty's emotive images succeeded in delivering a very difficult message to its target audience.
Particular thanks go to Camera Assistant, Gary Scott (thanks too for accepting the award on my behalf) and Grip, Dean Garro who once again made Marty look good!
